Small Meeting Logistics

Some meetings are as simple as room rental and a menu.  Other times you may need specialty food items to accommodate a restricted diet, last-minute audio/video or something special to impress the executives.  More often it is just a dedicated presence to liaise between the hotel and your guests/VIPs.

We will return audited BEOs and final bills for your reconciliation.

We will supervise basic audio/ video equipment.

We will arrange to have your excess food donated to a local shelter.
