The Event Planners Association is the national trade association for professionals in the event and amusement industries and serves as a wedding planner association, inflatable association, meeting planner association, and other event and amusement associations all wrapped up into one. The EPA provides a unique support system for independent business owners as members benefit from the EPA’s in-house law firm, in-house insurance agency, marketing specialists, professional certifications, local networking opportunities, continuing education, affinity programs and regulatory support. With a history spanning 55 years, Financial & Insurance Conference Planners (FICP®) provides access to education, experience and resources targeting the needs of financial services and insurance meeting planners from across North America. FICP offers first-rate conferences, regional meetings, virtual networking, educational opportunities and state-of-the-art strategic sourcing tools to assist the development of high-caliber meeting planning professionals. FICP membership boasts a community of 1,200 planner members and hospitality partners and maintains a unique balanced planner to hospitality partner ratio at all events

The Green Meeting Industry Council is a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization. The Council is a membership-based professional organization which provides educational resources to planners, suppliers, and venues seeking to meet the ever-rising standards consumers set for sustainable meetings.
